To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from the Service, even if advised of the possibility. 19.3. Class Action Waiver

You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is void.

19.4. Exceptions

Small claims court disputes or injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement may be brought in state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
