PYTHON WATER – 100-Day Free Trial Policy
Effective 27 July 2025
  1. The Trial
    Every Bionic Fountain and Bionic Bottle comes with a risk-free 100-day trial starting the day the carrier marks it “Delivered.” During these 100 days you may use the product as much as you like.
  2. Zero-Cost Returns
    • We provide a pre-paid return label (USA only).
    • You pay $0 for return freight, restocking, or any other fee.
    • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable only if you cancel before the product ships; otherwise it is covered under the trial.
  3. How to Start a Return

  5. We reply with a label within 1 business hour (24/7).
  6. Drop off at the nearest carrier point or schedule a free pick-up.
  7. Once the parcel is scanned by the carrier, your refund is automatically triggered.
  8. Refund Timing
    • Full purchase price refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days of carrier scan.
    • Accessories & add-ons included in the order are also refunded.
    • Financed orders (Affirm, Klarna, etc.): we cancel the remaining balance and refund any payments already made.
  9. Condition Guidelines
    • Normal use wear is acceptable—scratches, fingerprints, or minor water stains do not reduce your refund.
    • Major damage (cracks, impact dents, missing components) voids the trial; we will quote repair costs and you decide whether to proceed with the return.
    • Return all original parts (ionizer cones, USB cables, manuals); missing items may delay the refund until replaced at cost.

    Need a different model or color?
    • Instant exchange: We ship the replacement immediately and schedule free pick-up of the original.
    • Defective unit: Free replacement shipped express within 24 hours; original picked up at the same time.
  11. International Customers
    • Customs duties & VAT are refunded automatically; no paperwork required.
    • Return label is DDP—no brokerage fees on the way back.
  12. Abuse Clause
    We reserve the right to limit the trial to one return per household per lifetime to prevent abuse. Genuine warranty issues remain unlimited.
